Rallying Together After Devastation
The recent wildfires on Maui have left a trail of devastating destruction, including the loss of the beloved Cool Cat Cafe in Lahaina.
Cool Cat Cafe is rallying to help displaced workers by bringing a few to its SLO and Pismo Beach locations as well as assist the 120 displaced employees at its two Maui restaurants. Let’s show our community solidarity and Aloha spirit by dining at our local Cool Cat Cafes, as every bite contributes to support and recovery. In the spirit of community, Carmel & Naccasha will be providing lunch for its entire staff from Cool Cat Cafe. We invite fellow businesses to join us in this gesture of support during these challenging times. Spread the word, dine local, and make a positive impact.
Carmel & Naccasha will also be making a donation to the Cool Cat Cafe GoFundMe campaign.
We encourage you to also join us in making a donation through the Community Foundation of San Luis Obispo. Businesses and individuals can donate to the Disaster Support Fund and make note that the donation is to support the Lahaina Fire. Let’s rebuild, uplift, and stand strong together.
