Tracy has been in the legal industry for over 20 years and has been a paralegal for most of that time. In 2004, Tracy became qualified as a Certified Paralegal, a nationally recognized credential acknowledged by the American Bar Association as a mark of high professional achievement. Tracy obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and her Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
Tracy started her legal career as a legal secretary working in-house for an insurance company where, after obtaining her paralegal certificate, she transitioned into the role of a paralegal. Since then Tracy has worked for large, international law firms where she has been a litigation paralegal handling various matters including general litigation, wage, and hour class actions, mass tort, international litigation, patent litigation, and unfair import investigations (Section 337) before the U.S. International Trade Commission. In 2021 Tracy and her husband relocated to San Luis Obispo where she joined Carmel & Naccasha, LLP.
