Founded in 2004, Carmel & Naccasha has offices in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles. We provide legal counsel primarily to San Luis Obispo County and Northern Santa Barbara County but also have clients throughout California. Our Employees
Employees at Carmel & Naccasha are encouraged to achieve a work-life balance. Many of our employees are eligible to participate in our 40-for-36 plan. Employees are paid for their regular 40-hour schedule but work a 36-hour week. They are encouraged to utilize the four hours of paid time to go to the beach, read a book, enjoy time with family, volunteer at a local charitable organization or do something that gives them joy and enhances their enjoyment of living on the Central Coast. Employees also enjoy medical, dental and vision benefits, flexible spending accounts, 11 paid holidays, paid sick and vacation days, a 401 (k) plan with profit sharing match and an awesome employee kitchen with snacks and beverages available throughout the day.
