Announcement- A New Non-Equity Partner

Congratulations Victor J. Herrera

We are also very pleased to announce that Victor Herrera has been promoted as a non-equity Partner at Carmel & Naccasha LLP.

Victor has been a lawyer since December of 2008 and joined C&N in May 2021 moving to SLO from the Inland Empire. It was an interesting time to move, but Victor threw himself in to work and this community. He joined Rotary as well as committees at the SLO Chamber, SLO Community Foundation and the County Sheriff’s Office. He is collaborative with our staff members, regularly puts out really good work, is responsive to clients, and handles delicate client situations and difficult personalities graciously, with kindness and professionalism. Victor is also a board member and committee member of the California Conference of Bar Associations, and a mentor to the interns and potential law students working at C&N.

Victor Herrera’s Biography

Victor joined Carmel & Naccasha after spending nearly 15 years in Southern California assisting with transactional and trial work in business, criminal defense, estate law, immigration, and probate. Victor assists clients with a variety of matters, including conservatorship, guardianship, estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Victor’s practice also includes acting as court appointed Guardian ad Litem on behalf of proposed conservatees or beneficiaries of estates and advising individuals appointed Guardian ad Litem.

Victor grew up in San Diego and spent time in Chicago, Washington DC, and the Inland Empire and joined Carmel & Naccasha in 2021. During his free time, Victor enjoys playing with his 13-year-old husky/chow mix named Winks, reading, and trying to learn how to bake.
