A San Luis Obispo native and SLO High graduate, Brooks earned his Juris Doctorate with distinction at the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law. While there he achieved a Certificate of Concentration in Elder & Health Law. Brooks served as a Summer Associate at Carmel & Naccasha in 2023 where he capably assisted the firm’s Estate, Probate and Business teams in handling various trust administration, litigation, business, probate, conservatorship and corporate and business transactions matters. He also previously completed an internship at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. in San Luis Obispo and worked under SLO Superior Court Judge Tana L. Coates.
