Lisa Perez joined Carmel & Naccasha, LLP in 2014 and assists with corporate law, real property transactions, and litigation. Prior to joining Carmel & Naccasha, Lisa worked for ten years in San Luis Obispo assisting in business law, real estate, personal injury law, and litigation. Prior to that, she worked in Long Beach assisting primarily in real estate law. Lisa has worked in several areas including real estate, business law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and litigation.
Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Law from California State University, Long Beach, and received her law degree in 2011. Lisa grew up in Paso Robles and returned to the Central Coast after college. She is also a member of the Central Coast Paralegal Association.
When not at the office, Lisa keeps busy with her two daughters, including participating at the elementary and middle school as a board member of school site councils, and she attends various extracurricular activities to cheer on her children from the sidelines. She also keeps busy cleaning up after her two dogs, both of whom are firm believers in bringing leaves and branches indoors to add to the décor.
