With over 10 years of legal experience, Andrew focuses his practice on contracts, corporate law, employment law, product liability and litigation. His experience includes defending product manufacturers, utility companies, premises owners, health care providers, law enforcement personnel, and small businesses in a wide variety of civil actions. We look forward to working with and introducing Andrew to our clients and colleagues.

Andrew S. Russell’s Biography
In his practice, Andrew focuses on contracts, corporate law, employment law, and product liability. Andrew participates in all phases of litigation in both state and federal court. His experience includes defending product manufacturers, utility companies, premises owners, health care providers, law enforcement personnel, and small businesses in a wide variety of civil actions. As an experienced litigator, Andrew further uses those skills to also assist clients in corporate law matters including negotiating and drafting contracts, corporate formations, regulatory compliance, and protecting intellectual property. Andrew is licensed to practice law in the State of California, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
While completing his Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University School of Law, Andrew was a member of the Interschool Appellate Advocacy Teams as well as the Moot Court Board. He also completed a fellowship with Pepperdine’s Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law where he focused on sports and entertainment law.
Andrew is a Massachusetts native. He and his wife – who was raised in SLO – live in San Luis Obispo with their two daughters. Andrew enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team, distance running, and visiting the local beaches with his family
