Matthew Haas has joined Carmel & Naccasha, LLP as its Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Matthew will have oversight of the firm’s operations, long-term planning, and financial management, including accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and billing and collections. The firm is excited to welcome and work with Matthew and to learn from his leadership.
Matthew has more than 25 years of experience in financial management with proven cost-effective business controls, fostering creative solutions and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Most recently he served as Director of Operations & Finance for publicly traded AMETEK, Inc., a global provider of industrial technology solutions. At AMETEK, he was responsible for the planning and implementation of multiple operating strategies across three operating sites (Edgewood, NY/Largo, FL, SLO, CA). Prior to that he was Vice President/ Controller for Crystal Engineering in San Luis Obispo.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and earned an MBA with an emphasis in entrepreneurship at Miani University in Oxford, Ohio.
