SLO County COVID-19 Update

SLO County COVID-19 Update

I hope this finds you, your family and your work teams doing well.

Although you may already be aware of these through other channels, we wanted to send you the attached copies of the signed Orders numbers 3 (regarding suspension of evictions) and 4 (regarding mandatory shelter at home), which the County provided to us this morning as an update to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

We realize how impactful these orders may be on your business, co-workers, clients and families, but at the same time, we appreciate all that the County is doing for our communities to help us minimize the risks, and maximize our chances of navigating safely through the difficult times we currently face. While we understand that these decisions were not made lightly, we are also mindful of the harsh reality and costs they will have for each of us.

We want to inform you that while we have limited in person contact during this time of mandated social distancing by the County of San Luis Obispo Public Health Department, we are still here willing and ready to work to help you with any legal issues that may arise. Please feel free to call us anytime.  All of our attorneys, paralegals and staff are working from home and are available for your needs.  If there is anything our firm can do to help your business or family, please don’t hesitate to call. We remain ready and available to assist you via telephone, email or videoconference. As a valued member of our law firm family, we appreciate the trust you place in us to assist you in your legal needs and we will continue to be available for all of your business and family’s needs.

We wish the best for you, your families and your employees during this trying time.

Best regards,

Carmel & Naccasha
