Today is a day to honor the contributions and leadership of past presidents of the United States of America.

Carmel and Naccasha LLP wishes you a Happy President’s Day! Today is a day to honor the contributions and leadership of past presidents of the United States of America.

Originally established in 1885 to honor the first President of the United States, George Washington, President’s Day was initially observed on Washington’s birthday, February 22nd. The holiday was later moved to the third Monday in February and has evolved into a celebration that encompasses all U.S. presidents in part due to the proximity of the new date to Lincoln’s birthday on February 12th.

Presidents’ Day is intended to be a time of patriotic remembrance that we observe to honor the present and past presidents of the United States for making the country the land it is today. As we celebrate, let’s honor the enduring principles that have guided our nation’s journey
