Carmel & Naccasha Partner Victor Herrera, of the firm’s Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Department, was the keynote speaker at the inaugural meeting of the newly formed Central Coast Chapter of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC). Victor’s presentation, “How to Avoid Your Britney Spears,” offered practical updates to conservators getting paid timely following a change in California law that addresses flaws within the previous system that allowed for abuse.
