Carmel & Naccasha, LLP is pleased to welcome Brooks Hollister as an attorney in its Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning and Corporate & Business Transactions practices. 

A San Luis Obispo native and SLO High graduate, Hollister earned his Juris Doctorate with distinction at the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law. While there he achieved a Certificate of Concentration in Elder & Health Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University in Waco, TX where he was a Provost Gold Scholarship Recipient.

Hollister served as a Summer Associate at Carmel & Naccasha in 2023 where he capably assisted the firm’s Estate and Probate team in handling various trust administration, litigation, probate, conservatorship and corporate and business transactions matters. He also previously completed an internship at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. in San Luis Obispo and worked under SLO Superior Court Judge Tana L. Coates. While in law school, Hollister served as certified law student at McGeorge Community Legal Services, assisting the Sacramento community with their estate planning and probate needs on a pro-bono basis.

Hollister is a member of the SLO County Bar Association and San Luis Obispo Young Professionals Networking Group. In his spare time, he enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor activities the Central Coast has to offer, whether it be hiking, camping, cycling, or going to the beach with his dog, Charlie.
