Twenty years ago, on August 8, 2004, two friends and local attorneys, Tim Carmel and Ziyad Naccasha combined talents and opened Carmel & Naccasha, LLP, with the intention of providing superior legal services. Their mission was, and is, to consistently exceed client expectations with responsive, creative, practical results-driven service, while adhering to the highest ethical standards and the fundamental belief that if we take care of our community, our community will take care of us.
Today, that two-person law firm has steadfastly embraced its values and grown to be one of the largest San Luis Obispo County-based firms in the area. Carmel & Naccasha attorneys have a broad range of legal experience, and we pride ourselves on having open and consistently interactive relationships with clients. We listen to their needs and rely on our clients’ views, goals and feedback to help us plan strategies, chart appropriate courses of action and develop cost-effective solutions.
Who we are is equally important as what we do. Our commitment to giving back, through community service and providing all of our employees with a great collaborative place to work that is also child care friendly, plays an integral role within the culture of our law firm. It has become a part of our identity and is helping us retain and hire top quality lawyers, paralegals and staff. All members of our law firm are encouraged to continue to learn, improve their skills, and to take on leadership roles for the benefit of the legal, business and civic communities in which we are lucky to live and work.
