Carmel & Naccasha attorneys Ziyad Naccasha and Devin Mikulka did a presentation about Non-Disclosure Agreements to the members of the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast (HRCC) recently.
The presentation covered the fundamentals of an NDA, including how, when, and where they are used including in connection with the #MeToo Movement’s spotlight on confidential settlement agreements, non-solicitation clauses and non-competition clauses.
