Growing local law firm names two new partners
San Luis Obispo, CA (February 26, 2014) – Carmel & Naccasha LLP is pleased to announce that Shauna N. Cunningham has joined the firm as a partner and Heather K. Whitham has been promoted to partner at the firm.

Heather has distinguished herself as an outstanding counselor and advocate and Shauna brings an exciting new skill set and depth of experience in educational and business transactional law to the firm.
Heather joined Carmel & Naccasha in 2010. She focuses her practice on municipal law, land use law, transactional law, and civil litigation. Prior to joining C&N, Heather worked for 15 years as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Torrance.
Heather works primarily out of the San Luis Obispo office. She is a member of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association and the San Luis Obispo Women Lawyers Association.
Shauna joined Carmel & Naccasha in January. She advises corporations and other business entities and represents school districts and other public entities in a variety of matters. Previously, Shauna worked out of the San Luis Obispo office of Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard.
At C&N, Shauna will work primarily out of our Paso Robles office. She is a member of the San Luis Obispo County and California State Bar Associations.
