Dallas K. Mosier, Associate Attorney at Carmel and Naccasha LLP, is the newest member of the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for the 2014-2015 term. Mosier was appointed to the seat after another Board Member stepped down.
“It’s an honor to be joining such a dynamic and engaged group of business leaders in Paso Robles,” said Mosier. “With a new President/CEO in place, new membership campaigns gearing up and economic activity starting to pick up, I can’t think of a more exciting time to be a part of such an important organization.”
Mosier focuses his practice in the areas of business planning & transactions, exit and succession planning, startups and entity formations, ongoing entity maintenance and governance, intellectual property matters, and buy-sell and other ownership arrangements.
